Los representantes de la Campaña Smart, visitaron Cooprogreso y examinaron con mucho detalle sus procesos de protección al cliente, enmarcados en 7 principios:

Comportamiento ético del personal
Mecanismos para resolución de quejas
Privacidad de los datos del cliente
Trato justo y respetuoso
Hemos cumplido cabalmente los principios de protección, convirtiéndonos en la primera Cooperativa de Ahorro y crédito en obtener la Certificación “The Smart Campaing”, reafirmando nuestra principal obligación que es el precautelar los recursos de nuestros socios y clientes con servicios financieros transparentes, respetuosos y prudentes.
